I wrote this poem for my school's art newsletter. I can't till winter comes again. It is my favorite season :3
The forest traveler
The wind gently tugs at his jacket, it's moan filling the space of silence
As he walks the sun chases him through the sky until they both disappear, leaving lonely darkness and glacial wind in his wake
The trees drop their leaves as if in mourning
and the stars join them, falling from their seats in the sky
All that is left in sight is the crescent moon and grey clouds
Water conquers grass leaving the forest cloaked in white
Once again it is quiet.
There is no one to be seen except the wind
The wind which whip
